The SELLER provides the BUYER with the service of accepting a deposit payment by credit or bank card.

In cases where the surgery is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded as it is held until the cancellation date.
In the event the surgery is canceled for any reason on the day of the surgery, the expenses up to the surgery day are to be covered by the patient. These expenses include pre-surgery tests, transportation, hotel accommodation, assistants, and are included in the surgery package price.
If the patient will no longer undergo the surgery, the expenses up to the cancellation day should be covered by the patient.
Any additional costs that may arise due to any condition identified before the surgery but not stated in the medical history form will also be the responsibility of the patient.

This agreement is subject to Turkish law, and the courts in Turkey have jurisdiction.

This agreement represents a complete and comprehensive agreement between the parties and will come into effect with the consent of both parties.
